The weekend retreat/workshop was started by Doris Larson, http://www.innwriter.com a well known book author and published travel writer.    The weekend is designed for women writers (yes, really, restricted to ONLY women writers) regardless of publishing credits, or portfolio. 

The only requirement to attend is the desire to write.                                                      

Gathering women together to write, representing all genres, teaching and learning from one another, is a wonderful, valuable and extraordinary experience.

Cottages are fully furnished with gas heating and central air conditioning. All cottages have two bedrooms. Linens & basic kitchen items (coffee maker) are included. Cottages do not have telephones or receive daily housekeeping services.
